  • Q: WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO GET AHOLD OF MAINTENANCE AFTER HOURS?

    A: If you have an emergency or maybe just a simple service request, our 24/7 maintenance call center is available. To submit a service request just dial the local office line and select option 0. At this time a friendly agent will assist with taking your request and dispatch maintenance for any emergency requests.

  • Q: DO Y’ALL OFFER CORPORATE HOUSING OR FURNISHED APARTMENTS?

    A: Yes. Whether you’re traveling for business reasons or relocating your family, our sister company, CWS Corporate Housing can meet all of your interim housing needs. Please visit their website at cwshousing.com for more information.

  • Q: WHAT IS THE 30-DAY NO FAULT GUARANTEE?

    A: At CWS, we are committed to providing the finest residential communities and services. Our commitment to you is reflected in this unique Thirty-Day Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your apartment home during the first 30-days of residency, and you wish to move, please notify us and we will regretfully, but cheerfully, terminate your lease and refund you your security deposit, minus any rent paid and/or charges for damages. You will have to move out within 30-days of the date on the written notice, and have paid for a full 30 days rent and fees (plus any additional days). If you move out before the first 30 days, rent and fees will not be refunded.

  • Q: HOW DOES THE ONE-DAY MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE WORK?

    A: We guarantee a response of a reported maintenance problem within twenty-four hours after a service request has been made. If we do not respond within this time, or do not correct the problem, you will receive a credit on your next month’s rent for each day or portion of a day, which exceed the One-Day Guarantee period. Exceptions will include: damage caused by the resident, difficult-to-obtain parts, or items requiring contract services. On weekends and holiday, only emergency service requests are included in this guarantee.

  • Q: DO Y’ALL OFFER SHORT TERM LEASE OPTIONS?

    A: We do! CWS allows residents to tailor lease terms around their needs, offering options from month-to-month to 18 months and everything in between.

  • Q: WHAT DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CWS?

    A: At CWS, all dogs must be 100 pounds or less and we do not accept the following breeds: Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler. Service animals are exempt from any breed restrictions.

  • Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO BREAK MY LEASE?

    A: We understand the unexpected can happen. In the event you need to break your lease contract it’s best to contact the leasing office immediately to submit written notice and get a breakdown of termination fees.

  • Q: WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A PET DEPOSIT AND/OR FEES?

    A: While we understand the importance of a pet, it’s important for us to provide and maintain amenities for your pet to enjoy. The pet charges are to ensure we have the resources to keep up with these amenities and fund any damages. Please check with your leasing office to get a breakdown of pet charges.

  • Q: I WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER CWS APARTMENT COMMUNITY. HOW DOES THIS WORK?

    A: We appreciate the brand loyalty! To transfer to another CWS community you will need to have fulfilled one-half of your current lease contract, give a 30-day notice to vacate, pay a $500 transfer fee, pay a new security deposit and application fees.

  • Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR AN APARTMENT AT CWS?

    A: We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! After you have finished your application you will receive a confirmation email with a preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final the office team will need a photo identification copy for all occupants and income verification in the form of pay stubs or W2’s.
