Leasing Consultants are at the heart of our business. These team members have a niche for building lasting relationships, anticipating the needs of our customers and demonstrating excellence in sales. Our Leasing Consultant team members are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience throughout the entire resident life-cycle.

| Service Team Member |

Be part of a team that keeps things running as residents enjoy the community they call home. We offer challenging careers for experienced candidates and those willing to learn. Our service team members are made up of Maintenance Technications, Housekeepers, Groundskeeper, Assistant Maintenance Directors, and Maintenance Directors.

Looking for more responsibility?  Our Assistant Community Directors help prospects find their perfect home, all while supporting the daily operations and financial performance of their community. These team members are responsible for leasing, resident satisfaction, rent collections, and delinquent accounts.

Our Community Directors are responsible for managing the daily community operations and providing the overall leadership to deliver an exceptional living experience and financial profitability.  Each Community Director is given autonomy to lead their own team. Community Directors provide the on-site leadership to keep our communities thriving.

Our team members are at the center of everything we do. We offer comprehensive training programs at every stage - from onboarding, to working, and even growing within CWS.  Our unique approach to training combines virtual and in-person learning to support associates in reaching their full potential.
