We’re confident you’ll love your new home at Marquis at The Woodlands. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis at The Woodlands as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with your through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
Welcome Home to Marquis at The Woodlands! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
Thanks for your question! Parking is available for residents on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents may also lease a carport for $40 per month, a detached garage for $110 per month, or an indirect garage for $130 per month. Guests may park in designated spaces near Building 1 and 2.
Packages are delivered directly to residents' doors.
Students at our community attend Conroe ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Houser Elementary, Knox Junior High, Wilkerson Intermediate, or The Woodlands College Park High School.
