We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:
- Administrative Processing Fee: $4
- Valet Trash: $25
- Amenity Fee: $5
- Pest Control: $4
- Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
- Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
- Pet: If applicable, $10 per pet
- Carport: If applicable, $35
- Detached Garage: If applicable, $100
- Attached Garage: If applicable: $125

We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis at The RIM as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with your through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.

Welcome Home to Marquis at The RIM! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Uncovered parking is available for residents and guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents may lease a carport for $35 per month, a detached garage for $100 per month, or an attached garage with breezeway access for $125 per month.

Packages are delivered directly to residents' doors.

Students at our community attend Northside ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Bonnie Ellison Elementary, Rawlinson Middle, or Clark High School.
