We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:
- Administrative Processing Fee: $4
- Valet Trash: $23
- Amenity Fee: $5
- Pest Control: $2
- Water: Allocated and billed in addition to your monthly rent
- Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
- Pet: If applicable, $15 per pet

We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis at Legacy as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with your through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.

Welcome Home to Marquis at Legacy! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Every resident is assigned one reserved covered parking space. All unreserved parking is available for residents and guests on a first-come, first-serve basis.

FedEx, UPS and Amazon packages are delivered directly to residents' doors. USPS packages will be delivered to your mailbox. If the package is too large to fit in your mailbox, the postal carrier will leave a slip advising you of which Post Office the package it at for you to pick up.

Students at our community attend Plano ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Gulledge Elementary, Robinson Middle, Jasper High School, or Plano West Senior High School.
