Marquis of State Thomas is a hidden gem in Uptown Dallas. It is accessible to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, the Katy trail, and more, making it an amazing place to live. In addition it has great amenities such as pools, hot tub, gym, dog park and a very pretty club house.Staff in the Marquis goes above and beyond to make your experience as comfortable and smooth as possible.

The Marquis of State Thomas has been my favorite apartment to live in thus far. The leasing staff are the sweetest! The location is top tier. It's close to everything yet feels somewhat secluded with lots of surrounding trees and homes. The amenities are always clean and in great condition. The fitness room is amazing, along with the pool, hot tub, and common area. All in all, I love living here.

I lived in the Marquis for the last year and I have absolutly loved my time here.The leasing office are great and make sure you are well taken care of. Facilities are well maintained and maintenance is very timely with requests. No complaints here!
