30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

    - Administrative Processing Fee: $7.50
    - Trash: $16 - $31 based on floor plan
    - Pest Control: $5
    - Water and Sewer: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
    - Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet
  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.

    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Westerly 360 as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:

    1. Electronically signing your lease
    2. Setting up your resident portal account
    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    5. Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Westerly 360! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question!

    Parking is available for residents in our parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may park in designated visitor spaces outside the parking garage.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We're happy to share that we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room. Each resident will need a unique code to enter the package room and retrieve their items.
  • What school district is Westerly 360 in?

    Students at our community attend Eanes ISD. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Cedar Creek Elementary, Hill Country Middle, or Westlake High School.
