  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:
    - Valet Trash: $30
    - Pest Control: $5
    - Storage: $13
    - Amenity Fee: $5
    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
    - Pet: If applicable, $15 per pet
    - Detached Garage: If applicable, $100 - $150
  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval.
    In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis at Silverton as your new home!

    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include:

    1. Electronically signing your lease
    2. Setting up your resident portal account
    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    5. Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have, to make your move-in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Marquis at Silverton! Before your move-in date, we will ensure that all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. Afterward, we will schedule a move-in appointment for you. On your move-in date, we will provide you with a move-in packet containing all the need-to-know information. In addition, we will hand over your keys so that you can start the moving process.
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thank you for your question! At our community, parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for both residents and guests. We kindly request that guests leave front row parking spaces open for residents. Additionally, residents have the option to lease a detached garage for a monthly fee ranging from $100 to $150.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    Packages are delivered directly to residents' doors.
  • What school district is Marquis at Silverton in?

    Students at our community attend Wake County Public Schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Northwoods Elementary, West Cary Middle, and Cary High School.
