We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $300 pet fee and $20 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.

We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

• Administrative Processing Fee: $7.50
• Trash: $25
• Amenity Fee: $15
• Pest Control: $7
• Water and Sewer: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
• Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet

We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marq Perimeter as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible

Welcome Home to Marq Perimeter! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Each resident may park in the parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may also park in the parking garage and must gain access from residents.

We’re happy to share we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package room to retrieve their items.

Students at our community attend Dekalb County School District. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Dunwoody Elementary, Peachtree Charter Middle or Dunwoody High School.
