I am from Chicago and when my company relocated me to Phoenix, AZ in September 2017 I had little time to search for a place to call home. I came across Marquis Sonoran Preserve on Apartments.com. When I first came to the leasing office I was greeted with beautiful smiles and a huge welcome! Let's just say a year later I am still living here and renewed my lease for another 18 months! Excellent customer service, community grounds are always nice & clean, beautiful floor plans, and an amazing pool area are just some of the things I love here! Tyleen, Mrs. Hilda, Zoe, and Bradley are absolutely phenomenal and they are the main reason why I can call Marquis Sonoran Preserve, HOME!
I just signed a renewal of my lease for the third year. The manager and her team are all outstanding. The fact that they have all been here for some time is a testament to their friendly service and it is easy to see they must enjoy their jobs. Maintenance has always completed the requests on time and work was done correctly the first time. This has been a very positive experience. I would recommend this apartment to my friends. Great location too.
I lived here for just over a year when I was transferred for work. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the complex was quiet and I never had any issues. If I moved back to AZ I would consider moving back here for sure. Management communicated via email regularly about updates to the complex and the dog park was very handy for my little pup. Hilda and Zoe are two of their office staff, this is the only apartment I have lived in where I knew the staff's names, tough to say witch one I liked more.
I recently moved to Arizona and this is the second place I have lived. After having a horrible experience previously, I was very particular about my next place to live. Calling various places and being less than impressed by the responses and attitudes of other communities, I began to wonder if I would find that perfect place. I called the Marquis and was pleasantly greeted by a happy welcoming individual. She made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. After thinking it over I called back and got a different person who was just as sweet. When she ended the call by saying welcome home, it was a done deal. I've been here 3 months and I am thrilled. It’s beautiful, peaceful and very well-maintained. The apartment itself is gorgeous and up-to-date. The community is smoke-free and it shows. They take a great deal of pride in this property. They respect their residents and show their appreciation by offering various appreciation days. They were right, it feels like home. I have suggested this community to several people.
