I wish that I could've stayed. I lived there almost 2 years and only moved for the need to live in another neighborhood. The management staff treats every resident like family. The maintenance staff is top notch. I wish all apartment management companies were like this one. Desmond and Mandy are the heart of this complex!!!
I love this community because it feels like home. It is extremely quiet, but also the community is warm and the neighbors get to know each other. The quality of the apartment for the money paid is worth it and the details in each unit are really well-appointed.
We have absolutely loved our time here at the Marquis! The staff has always been very helpful and personable if we had any issues, and always very quick to respond to any maintenance requests that we have had.
