We've lived in a two bedroom unit then upgraded to a three bedroom unit. The management has bent over backwards to ensure that we have a good experience here, doing things that were not even asked. Service requests are actioned on faster than any place I've ever known--sometimes even the same day. They have a small army of maintenance staff. You are allowed to use the pools of the sister community across the street and we're always bobbing between the communities with friends in both. It's within jogging and cycling distance of the Four Mile Creek Greenway, which is AWESOME... and so close. Trader Joes is only a bit more than a mile away, and an entire huge complex of shops at Carmel Valley is within a long walk (I've jogged to the store many times to buy a few items) distance… The grounds are beautifully manicured and really enjoy living here.
I have been living here for 6 months. I moved from Indiana and love, love, LOVE the resident events! I have met many wonderful residents and the leasing staff is awesome. I have not had any maintenance issues so far, but I expect the same wonderful service. I am so glad I decided on this community.
Latressa from the leasing office is awesome! Every one of our questions throughout our leasing process was met with clear and concise answers. Her response time was efficient as we communicated mainly through email. She offered great and genuine customer service as every promise made was kept. A painless leasing experience and a beautiful apartment to compliment it.
Our apartment is really our home! Great location, clean, quiet place… The best service in the area, staff at the highest level, office management is also actively involved in the life of the community! Interesting and regular events organized by the office will not let you be bored, and a great pool, recreation areas and friendly neighbors provided us with comfort and tranquility.
The leasing office is wonderful to work with, the maintenance guys are eager to make sure you have a comfortable living experience and are very, very polite. The experience I have had since moving in has been beyond what a review could articulate. I feel safe, and I feel like they truly care about the quality of my living. Coming from out of state, I felt like I had seen the property even though I hadn't.
