A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greets you with... The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. A beautiful neighborhood with so much to do within walking distance.

Have lived in our current apartment for about 6 months now… Have the best views in the area with all the gym essentials, convenient location, and luxuries in both pools. The office staff is inviting, friendly, and helpful in every way; especially Jon Palomares who helped us secure our apt… He has definitely made our stay here pleasant and worthwhile.

 

5 stars. We looked at this place over the weekend and Jon in the leasing office was fabulous!! Very patient and helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. Amenities at this complex are also great...definitely recommend!

 

Love Jon at the front office. Overall have had a great living experience for the past 2 years. If there ever was a minor issues Jon at the front office always goes above and beyond to help me out! 5 star customer service is always expected from an apartment complex and Jon goes above and beyond always meeting those expectations and doing whatever it takes to make my living experience at Marquis at Cresta Bella easier.

 

It’s definitely a challenge to find a place to call home, but Marquis Cresta Bella has lived up to all my standards. I’ve lived in 5 different apartment complexes prior to living here, and I can honestly say, the quality of living here is by far the best. Jon provides you with the best customer service and has been very helpful since my move here… Awesome experience living here!
