Lived here for 2+ years and staying because we feel at home here. Office management and staff are always kind, accommodating, and on your side. They know us by name and it’s not a small complex by any means. Any issues we have ever had were fixed within 24 hours (usually within the same business day) and maintenance is always friendly.
16 years ago I was fortunate enough to visit a friend at the Marquis at Stonegate. I moved in immediately and haven't regretted a day since. I have never seen a staff show so much appreciation for its residents. They are constantly hosting community events (pizza/pool parties, omelette/waffle bars, taco/snow cone truck gatherings, and much more). Going above and beyond really makes us all feel like neighbors.
2 years later, still love this complex! Quality management and maintenance is always very prompt.
We moved here from one of their sister properties and we love it. We rented a garage which has been amazing, the move in process was very easy, and the pool was kept immaculate all summer which we loved and spent a lot of time in! Allison and Sarah are amazing and always take extra time to make sure everything goes as planned if we need anything. Maintenance too. Any issues we have had have been completed fast and with a great attitude. We have a LO and she loves it here too. It's great place for families! My toddler loves the trails and we love being across from clear fork and having Trader Joe's on the corner! So far we love it here!
