I have been here for 7 years, and the maintenance people Jose, Iris and Luis are awesome, they respond the same day. I have never had any problems living here. The apartment has a lot of storage. I never hear my neighbors, it’s very quiet here. Would recommend this complex to anyone moving in this area. The office manager Sarah is awesome always friendly, and so is Brittany. The location is close to all the stores and the mall.
Best apartments I have ever lived in since moving to Texas in 2004. Staff is all great, clean, friendly community and great schools.
This review is for the move-in process and the leasing office team. I've just recently moved into this complex with my wife, and I have nothing but good things to say about Brittany. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even though my situation was a little bit out of the ordinary. At the end of the day, everything worked out well and we're very excited to live at the apartments!
I've lived here since April 2018 and I absolutely love my apartment and the staff! I just renewed my lease for another 18 months. The apartments are modern, spacious, and the maintenance team does an excellent job maintaining the grounds. I have had several minor maintenance requests over the last year and they are very prompt in their response - usually taking care of the problem within a couple hours. Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly as well and they truly make you feel like a valued resident. I'm saving to buy a house, but until I do, I will be very happy living at the Marquis at Stonebriar.
