"Been here for many years. Management and maintenance have been quick to respond to any problems or concerns I have had during my stay. The community is nice and there seem to be events every month or so. If I had any complaints it is that the leaf blowers and lawn mowers are rather noisy. I work from home, so I usually hear this once a week. But, it is not too big an issue. It is part of maintenance."

I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I love this apartment. It is my favorite apartment! This location is on point! It’s central to all restaurants. The apartment has a luxurious look and feels to it! The maintenance staff is super friendly and talented. All issues are resolved ASAP! We live with a culturally diverse group people of people, which creates such a comfortable and calm and family-friendly environment!
I have been living here for over 6 months. Great place to live. Spacious community compared to any other community. Staff and maintenance teams are doing wonderful job keeping the community clean all the time. I felt secure living here. The location is perfect and very close to work. Caring and friendly neighbors. Absolutely love living here! The location is absolutely amazing it's right off Preston and Legacy and is close to great restaurants, shops, and so much more. I like that this is a smaller community, the neighbors I have met have been very nice. This property also has amazing amenities: 2 pools, a 24 hour gym, a car wash, and a business center. The ladies in the main office are so nice and go above and beyond the call of duty. The maintenance guys are so nice when they are on property they will wave and say hi. I have had a couple service requests nothing major just a couple of light bulbs and they did it the same day! Don't overlook this property, it's a must see :)
I love this community because I really like the structure of my apartment. The living room is pretty big and kitchen is spacious too. The apartment is renovated plus no carpet in living room which helps me to keep it cleaner. I love the patio and the view of courtyard. The maintenance team is available 24 hours and the staff is good. And I feel safe to live here.
We’ve been living here since May 2019 and it is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend moving here. Maintenance is on top of their game, any issues get resolved within 24 hours or less. Very safe, quiet, clean, family-oriented apartment complex. Front office management is very professional and nice. Community events from time to time at the front office is awesome.
