The community is nice and there seem to be events every month or so. If I had any complaints it is that the leaf blowers and lawn mowers are rather noisy. I work from home, so I usually hear this once a week. But, it is not too big an issue. It is part of maintenance."

I had an apartment at Marquis at Legacy for over 3 years. I believe new management had just taken over when I first rented and the apartment was in spectacular condition. The owners continuously improved the property and continue to do so. The apartment was quiet and the grounds well kept. I only had a few maintenance calls and these were handled timely and without issue. These apartments are high value.
My experience with Marquis at Legacy has been phenomenal. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. They make me feel at home. Whether it's the quick response time to maintenance requests or the fact that they call me by name when they see me, I feel valued as a tenant. The grounds and buildings are kept clean. It's a safe environment and security regularly patrols the complex. I also love the fact that I am in such close proximity to a wide range of stores, restaurants, and highways. I recently moved to the apartment. Leasing staff, Staci and Ryan, are very helpful and the leasing office has basic business amenities like computer usage, printing and scanning. The apartment has a kids play area where my kids like to play every evening. They have car wash and vacuum inside the community, which is a plus. Easy walkable distance to two Pre-K and Daycare facilities and accessible to elementary schools. Great clean green community.
I have been a resident for the last 2 years. The location is amazing. The property management guys are very cooperative, I must say. I was looking for a bigger apartment, I stopped by at the leasing office, just to inform Ryan on my search. OMG - everyone came together to help, Corrie, Stacy and all the other guys who work at the property. It was a cake walk and I moved into the new apartment. Thank you all. You all rock!!
