I've lived here over two years. This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in with the best team of office personnel you could ask for. Staff: Always helpful. Always take care of issues immediately. These have to be some of the friendliest people in town Property: Very upscale property with great amenities. The two pools are awesome and always clean. The grills are always clean and have plenty of propane ready to use. The basketball court, fitness room, and computer rooms are all completely functional, clean, and ready to use. The residents are great too; it seems like pretty much everyone is a young professional. Apartments: These are definitely high quality apartments. Great finishes. Great appliances. In over two years I have had no major issues with anything. And the minor issues that have come up are ALWAYS fixed in under 24 hours. Seriously, these guys are lightning fast. Overall I would highly recommend this place. When I hear my friends and coworkers talking about the unresponsiveness of their apartment's maintenance staff or the inferior quality of their apartments, I always tell them they should move to the Marquis at Barton Trails!

I've lived at Marquis at Barton Trails phase II for a total of two years (since the day they opened). Maintenance requests are always very quick, the property is kept extremely clean, the staff is friendly, and the apartments are very clean. There was one administrative issue that arose when my boyfriend was moving out, but they resolved it very professionally and all was well. I'm also a Real Estate Agent and I definitely recommend this apartment. I've leased three of my close friends here, and I've leased several clients of mine here.
