  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4
    - Trash: $25
    - Water and Sewer: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
    - Pet: If applicable, $25 per pet
    - Reserved Parking Space: If applicable, $225
  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.

    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Anthem on 12th as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:
    - Electronically signing your lease
    - Setting up your resident portal account
    - Paying move-in fees and deposits
    - Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    - Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Anthem on 12th!

    Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment and reserve the elevator for your use.

    On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question!

    We have an underground parking garage for residents with limited reserved parking only. Residents may lease a reserved space for $225 per month.

    If parking is not available in our garage, a 2-year parking permit may be purchased for $95 from the City of Seattle Transportation Department to park in zone 7, area 5.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We're happy to share that we have LuxerOne Package Lockers with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in separate lockers, and each resident will need a unique code to access the locker and retrieve their items.

    If the lockers are full or your package is oversized, the leasing office will contact you to let you know you have a package in the lobby. Please let us know in advance if you anticipate a large delivery such as furniture, so we may let the carrier have access to the elevator to deliver to your door.
  • What school district is Anthem on 12th in?

    Students at our community attend Seattle Public School District. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Bailey Gatzert Elementary, Washington Middle, or Garfield High School.
