+ What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.

+ I've been approved, what's next?

Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis Cross Mountain as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
