30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

    - Gas & Water: Based on usage and billed monthly along with rent.
    - Electric: Based on usage. Residents will pay through PEC.
    - Valet Trash: $41.
    - Pest Control: $5.
    - Amenity Fee: $15.
    - Detached Garage, if applicable: $125.
    - Storage Unit, if applicable: $30.
    - Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet.
  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To make your approval final, please provide the office team with a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2's to confirm income requirements.   • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Gabriel as your new home!

    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include:

    1. Electronically signing your lease
    2. Setting up your resident portal account
    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    5. Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions you may have to make your move-in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to The Gabriel!

    Before your move-in date, we will ensure that all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. Additionally, we will set up a move-in appointment and go over important details such as where to park your moving truck. We will also send you a move-in map to assist you.

    On your move-in date, we will provide you with a move-in packet which contains vital information that you need to know. Furthermore, we will personally hand over your keys, allowing you to start the process of moving in.

  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thank you for your question! Residents may park in open parking on a first-come, first-serve basis in unreserved spaces. We also offer detached private single-car garage parking for a monthly fee. Speak to our team for details.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We're happy to share that we have a controlled access package room with 24/7 access. All packages will be stored in this room. Each resident will need a unique code to enter the package center upon registration to retrieve their items.
  • What school district is The Gabriel in?

    Students at our community reside within Leander ISD and will attend Pleasant Hill Elementary School, Knox Wiley Middle School, and Rouse High School.
