The Resident Experience

We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in yourrental agreement. Additional fees include:

-Administrative Processing Fee: $4
-Trash: $20
-Amenity Fee: $5
-Pest Control: $1
-Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
-Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
-Pet: If applicable, $10 per pet

We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Marq on West 7th as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.

Welcome Home to The Marq on West 7th! Before your movein date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Parking is available for residents in our parking garage behind the security gate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may park on the first floor of the parking garage outside the gate.

Packages are delivered to the leasing office, and our team will let you know when you have a package for pick up. If you are unable to stop by during business hours, we can deliver them to your apartment.

Students at our community attend Fort Worth ISD. Depending on their grade level, students will go to North Hi Mount Elementary, Stripling Middle, or Arlington Heights High School.
