- Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
- Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account

We’re confident you’ll love your new home at Marquis at Stonegate. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.
