We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

Administrative Processing Fee: $4
-Valet Trash: $25
-Amenity Fee: $20
-Pest Control: $4
-Water: Sub-metered based on individual home usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
-Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a separate account with a utility provider of their choice
-Pet: If applicable, $15 per pet
-Reserved Covered Parking: If applicable, $50
-Reserved Garage: If applicable, $150
-Storage: If applicable, $25 - $40

We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Nash as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.

Welcome Home to The Nash! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter. Then, we will set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Residents may park in our parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis in the unreserved spaces. We also offer reserved parking spots for $50 per month and garage parking for $150 per month. Guests can park on the street or may request a visitor parking pass, subject to availability.

We're happy to share we have Package Lockers with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in these lockers, and each resident will receive a unique code to enter the package locker to retrieve their items.

Students at our community attend Dallas ISD. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Lee A. McShan Jr. Elementary School, Sam Tasby Middle School, or Emmett J. Conrad High School.
