We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
Congratulations and thank you for choosing Water Marq as your new home! Once approved, our team will call you to talk through what to expect and you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
Welcome Home to Water Marq! We aim to provide a seamless move-in experience and utilize our package lockers. Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, then we will send the resident a code to open the locker with their move-in packet and keys. Residents can now move in using our loading dock and freight elevator by reservation.
Thanks for your question! For most residents, parking is first-come, first serve in our gated parking garage, however residents in our townhomes receive two reserved spaces within the garage. Guests may park in designated spots in our front drive, before the gate in our garage.
We're happy to share we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package center to retrieve their items.Carriers also leave packages at residents' doors.
