We spent 3 years living at 704 and recently moved out due to a change in cities. We really enjoyed the location of our apartment, the on site dog park, and the roof top lounge that overlooks Downtown Austin. There is also a nice gym that we used before the pandemic. The maintenance crew was awesome throughout the duration of our stay whether it was changing light bulbs or the water filter on our fridge. The leasing agents and managers were also extremely friendly and professional. I believe the 704 listens to resident feedback and makes adjustments. The move in and move out processes also went smoothly.

Loved living in The 704 the 15 months I was there. Everyone was courteous, kind, and quick to address any issues I may have had. Big shout out to Eric, Candy and Bobby who always seemed to do their jobs with a big smile on their face. Great location, too! I only left because I left Austin.
