We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. If the residents are unable to meet our criteria, a cosigner (guarantor) may co-sign the lease.
After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying or learn more about the cosigner (guarantor) process, please contact the leasing office for more information.
Congratulations and thank you for choosing Regents West at 26th as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
Welcome Home to Regents West at 26th! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter, we will set up a move-in appointment and elevator reservation, and go over where to park your moving truck. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
Thanks for your question! Residents may lease a reserved parking space in our parking garage for $75-$150 per month. We do not have designated spaces in our garage for guests, but there is ample street parking guests can use.
USPS delivers mail to our office, the team then places items inside your mailbox or the parcel boxes. Any over sized items are kept in the office to be picked up at your convenience. FedEx, Amazon, and UPS deliver directly to residents’ doors.
