We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis SoCo as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with your through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
Welcome Home to Marquis SoCo! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
Thanks for your question! Residents may park in the numbered spaces throughout the community on a first-come, first-serve basis. We also offer reserved carports for $50 per month for residents to lease. Residents may lease an apartment home with an attached garage receive two dedicated spots - one within the garage and one in front of it. Guests may park behind building 2 on the north end of the community. To access guest parking, use the driveway between buildings 2 and 3.
We're happy to share we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package room to retrieve their items.
Students at our community attend Austin ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Pleasant Hill Elementary, Bedicheck Middle or Crockett High School.
