30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. 


    Additional fees include: 

    - Administrative Processing Fee: $5 

    - Trash: $15 

    - Amenity Fee: $5 

    - Pest Control: $7

    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent 

    - Gas and Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create accounts with Austin Energy and Texas Gas Service 

    - Pet: If applicable, $10 per pet 

    - Carport: If applicable: $45 

    - Garage: If applicable: $120

  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.

    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2's to confirm income requirements.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis Parkside as your new home!
    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.
    Action items include:
    - Electronically signing your lease
    - Setting up your resident portal account
    - Paying move-in fees and deposits
    - Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    - Setting up your move-in appointment.
    We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move-in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Marquis Parkside! Before moving in, our team will place a move-in folder in your apartment. Inside, you will find need-to-know information and a special gift to celebrate your new home.

    On the day of your move-in, we will make sure that all required action items, as outlined in the Welcome Home letter, are completed. After that, we will accompany you to your new home, hand over your keys, and you can start the process of moving in!
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question! Parking is first-come, first-served for both guests and residents, and all vehicles must be registered to park on-site. Residents can reserve parking anytime; carports are $45 per month, and garages are $120 per month. Please contact our team by phone or email to register a vehicle.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We're happy to share that we have a Luxer One Package Center with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room. Each resident will need a unique code to enter the package center and retrieve their items.
  • What school district is Marquis Parkside in?

    Students at our community attend Pflugerville ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to:

    - Parmer Lane Elementary
    - Westview Middle
    - John B. Connally High School
