We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis Parkside as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with your through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
Welcome Home to Marquis Parkside! Before moving in, our team will place a move-in folder with need-to-know information and a special gift in celebration of your new home in your apartment. On the day of your move-in, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, then we will show you to your home, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
Thanks for your question! Parking is first-come, first-serve for both guests and residents, and all vehicles must be registered to park on-site. Residents can reserve parking anytime; carports are $45 per month and garages are $120 per month. Please contact our team by phone or email to register a vehicle.
We're happy to share we have a Luxer One Package Center with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package center to retrieve their items.
Students at our community attend Pflugerville ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Parmer Lane Elementary, Westview Middle, or John B. Connally High School.
