We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

-Administrative Processing Fee: $3
-Valet Trash: $25
-Amenity Fee: $5
-Pest Control: $5
-Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
-Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
-Pet: If applicable, $20 or $30
-Carport: If applicable, $30
-Garage: If applicable, $115 - $175

We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marquis Lakeline Station as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible. 

Welcome Home to Marquis Lakeline Station! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Each resident receives a permit to park in any uncovered, unassigned spaces throughout the community. Residents may also lease a carport for $30 per month, or a garage for $115 - $175 per month. Guests must register their vehicles in our visitor parking system and may park in designated visitor spaces.

We’re happy to share we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package room to retrieve their items.

Students at our community attend Round Rock ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Anderson Mill Elementary, Pearson Ranch Middle, or McNeil High School.
