We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement.
    Additional fees include:
    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4
    - Valet Trash: $25
    - Amenity Fee: $5
    - Pest Control: $3
    - Boiler Management Fee: $13.75
    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account with Austin Energy
    - Gas: Based on floor plan and occupancy and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Pet: If applicable, $15 per pet

  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marq on Burnet as your new home!

    Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include:

    1. Electronically signing your lease
    2. Setting up your resident portal account
    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    5. Setting up your move-in appointment.

    We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.

  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Marq on Burnet! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment and reserve the North elevator for your use. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question! Here's some information about parking:

    - Each resident receives a permit to park in the parking garage.
    - The parking garage is located behind the security gate on level 2.
    - Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    - Guests can park in the garage outside the access gate.

  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We are happy to share that we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package room and retrieve their items.

  • What school district is Marq on Burnet in?

    Students at our community attend Austin ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to:

    - Brentwood Elementary
    - Lamar Middle
    - McCallum High School
