  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4
    - Trash: $7
    - Amenity Fee: $5
    - Pest Control: $3
    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
    - Pet: If applicable, $10 per pet
    - Carport: If applicable, $40
  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements before applying, please contact the leasing office for a complete breakdown.
  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Austin Midtown as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:

    1. Electronically signing your lease
    2. Setting up your resident portal account
    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    5. Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move-in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Austin Midtown! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. Once everything has been taken care of, we will then set up a move-in appointment.
    On your move-in date, we will provide you with a move-in packet containing all the necessary information you need to know. We will also hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thank you for your question! Parking at our community is on a first-come, first-served basis for both residents and guests. In addition, residents have the option to lease a reserved carport for a monthly fee of $40.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    Packages are delivered directly to residents' doors.
  • What school district is Austin Midtown in?

    Students at our community attend Austin ISD schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Gullett Elementary, Burnet Middle, or McCallum High School.
