30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change. 

Resident Referral Bonus

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. 


    Additional fees include:


    - Administrative Processing Fee: $6


    - Trash: $12


    - Pest Control: $5


    - Amenity Fee: $35


    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent


    - Electric: Based on usage. Residents must set up an account with an electricity provider


    - Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet

  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval.

    In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W-2s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Brunswick as your new home!

    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:
    1. Electronically signing your lease
    2. Setting up your resident portal account
    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    5. Setting up your move-in appointment.

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to The Brunswick! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment.
    On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question! Residents may park in our parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do offer reserved parking spaces at $50 per month. Guests may park in designated areas outside of the parking garage.

  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We're happy to share that we have a Luxer Package Room with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room. Each resident will need a unique code to enter the package center and retrieve their items.
  • What school district is The Brunswick in?

    Students at our community attend Gwinnett County Public Schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Norcross Elementary, Summerour Middle School, or Norcross High School.
