We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

-Administrative Processing Fee: $5
-Valet Trash: $25
-Amenity Fee: $15
-Pest Control: $5
-Water and Sewer: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
-Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account with GA Power.
-Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet
-Reserved Parking Space: $50

We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants’ photo identification and security card, three recent pay stubs, and W2s to confirm income requirements. Congratulations and thank you for choosing Quill as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a “Welcome Home” letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits via cashier’s check, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.

We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.

Welcome Home to Quill! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the “Welcome Home” letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

Thanks for your question! Open parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis through our parking deck. Residents may also lease a reserved parking space for $50 per month.

We’re happy to share we have a 24-Hour Controlled Access Package Room! FedEx, UPS, and Amazon packages will be delivered and stored in this room, and each resident will need a unique code to enter the package room to retrieve their items. USPS packages will be delivered to your mailbox.

Students at our community attend Atlanta Public School District. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Rivers Elementary, Sutton Middle, or North Atlanta High School.
