We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria including rental, credit and criminal history checks, and employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupants' photo identification and pay stubs or W2’s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements prior to applying, please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown.
Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Links at Plum Creek as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a "Welcome Home" letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include electronically signing your lease, setting up your resident portal account, paying move-in fees and deposits, sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance, and setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with your through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move in as smooth and easy as possible.
Welcome Home to The Links at Plum Creek! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the "Welcome Home" letter, we will then set up a move-in appointment. On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
Thanks for your question! Parking is available for residents and guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents can also lease a detached garage for $120 per month.
FedEx, UPS and Amazon packages are delivered directly to residents' doors. USPS packages will be delivered to the parcel lockers located in our mail center.
Students at our community attend the Douglas County School System. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Flagstone Elementary, Mesa Middle or Douglas County High School.
