The Preserve at Ballantyne Commons welcomes you and your four-legged friends to live comfortably and enjoy the pet friendly amenities we and our surrounding South Charlotte neighborhood have to offer. Our pet friendly staff can recommend you to local dog parks, walking trails, veterinarians, pet supply stores, dog groomers and day cares. Pet parties are a great way to have your furry friends interact with the other neighborhood dogs. Your pet can sample treats and play with toys while you socialize with other neighborhood pet lovers. Stop by the clubhouse any time to grab a quick treat for your pet. Before you know it, they will sniff them out before you can spot them!

The Preserve at Ballantyne Commons allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. We have no weight restrictions however; some breed restrictions do apply. We have plenty of pet waste stations throughout the community that offers the convenience of walking your pet while admiring our beautiful grounds. We have several residents who offer dog walking and pet sitting services. We know that your furry friends are part of the family and The Preserve at Ballantyne Commons would like to welcome you into ours!

Davie Dog Park is a 5 acre grass and gravel off-leash park that has two separate fenced in areas for dogs- one for dogs weighing less than 20lbs (small), the other for dogs weighing greater than 20lbs (large). The park offers water fountains, disposal bags & trash cans, benches and restrooms nearby. Park is open from 7:30 am until sunset.
