Arboretum Area Pet Friendly Apartments

We have our own Dog Park at the Marquis at Ladera Vista. It is an enclosed gated area where the dogs can run off leash. The Dog Park offers toys such as a teeter totter and a tunnel, with a picnic area near by. We have a quarter mile walking trail in the park area of our community. We offer treats both in the club house and on the golf cart. Marquis at Ladera Vista is offers fun, social events for you and your dog, from "Yappy Hours" in our Dog Park, to contests such as "most adorable pup", "best tricks", etc.
